Update hub subdomainReplaces the hub's subdomain. **Side effect:** when the subdomain actually changes, all Stripe payment links for this hub are recreated — any external URLs holding the previous payment link will stop working. Use `GET /hub/domain/availability` to validate the new subdomain before calling this.
